Shipping & Returns

It has always been one of our main goals to offer fast and reliable shipping to make sure your OMENS gear arrives as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number to stay updated on your order's journey. 

 

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns as long as they follow the next steps. We must receive your return email within 30 days of when you purchased the item. Items must not be worn more than once (trying it on), unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, simply contact our customer service team for instructions (SUPPORT@OMENS.WORLD

 

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
